OVERVIEW
VibeBayan is a crowdsourced social platform that maps the sentiments of the Filipino people by allowing citizens to report, discuss, and stay informed about public issues within their communities. The platform serves as a centralized and localized space where users can raise concerns, government entities can acknowledge issues, and public service announcements can be disseminated effectively.
Filipinos lack an avenue where they can report, discuss, and stay informed about public issues in their respective communities.
While social media platforms such as Facebook offer a space for these discussions, this information may often be all over the place, unverified, and not localized. This then results in essential public announcements, events, and community concerns being overlooked or buried under irrelevant content.
What if there's a platform where Flipinos can report locally through a web platform?
VibeBayan is a crowdsourced social platform that maps the sentiments of the Filipino people.
It addresses the issues of public participation and public information by providing a platform for citizens to report and aggregate public issues, government entities to acknowledge and address these issues, and at the same time provide Public Service Announcements while ensuring that content is moderated and localized.
