The manual processing of health records and medical certifications is time-consuming
leading to delays in service provision and reduced efficiency in managing student and staff health care needs. Especially the disconnected systems of different infirmary offices leading to duplication of medical records.
However, what if health records could be unified, eliminating delays and redundant data across offices?
Concept Overview
MAJI is a conceptualization of a digitized web-based system for the Ateneo de Naga University’s AHEHSO that enhances the efficiency of managing medical records and appointments by integrating all infirmary offices into a centralized platform. This transition helps medical staff, students, and employees reduce manual workload, streamline processes, and improve overall healthcare service delivery.
